Madhuban is an online store offering handcrafted sarees, suits, stoles, and textile products. As all items are handmade, slight variations in color, print, and texture are natural and are not considered defects.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. Due to lighting, natural dyes, and the handcrafted process, minor differences may occur. These variations reflect authentic handloom craftsmanship.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices on the website are listed in INR. Prices may change without notice. Customers must pay the full amount at checkout. Payments are processed securely through trusted gateways; Madhuban does not store complete card details.

4. Orders & Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Madhuban reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock issues, incorrect pricing, or suspicious transactions. If canceled, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery within India usually takes 5–7 working days.
• Shipping delays caused by couriers, festivals, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

The customer must provide accurate address details. Madhuban is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses submitted by the user.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

• We offer exchanges only if the product is defective or incorrect.
• Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Unboxing videos or photos may be required for verification.
• Handcrafted variations in color or print are not considered defects.
• We do not offer cancellations once an order has been dispatched.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt hacking, copy content, or engage in fraudulent activities. Madhuban may restrict access to anyone violating these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All photographs, product descriptions, text, design elements, and branding on this site are the intellectual property of Madhuban. Any unauthorized copying or commercial use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Madhuban is not liable for delays, losses, or damages arising from:

• Courier delays
• Incorrect address provided by the buyer
• Color differences due to lighting or screen settings
• Handcrafted irregularities

Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
