Return & Exchange Policy – Madhuban

We take great pride in offering handcrafted products made with care and tradition. Due to the nature of handloom items, slight variations in print, texture, and color are expected. Please read our return and exchange terms below.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

• We offer exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
• Handloom irregularities and natural dye variations are not considered defects.
• Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Conditions for Exchange

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Tags, packaging, and blouse pieces (for sarees) must be intact.
• Unboxing images or videos may be required for verification.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

• Products that show signs of use or wear
• Color differences due to lighting or screen settings
• Handcrafted variations in print or texture
• Custom orders or sale items

4. Return Shipping

If an exchange is approved, customers may be required to ship the product back. Shipping details will be shared during the process.

5. Refunds

We do not offer refunds. Only exchanges (where applicable) are supported.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. For urgent cancellation requests, contact us immediately after placing the order.
